METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

PAYMENT IN CHILE:

1	Payment centers at University of Chile, Santiago:
Payment with cash in Santiago:
Fill in the registration form that you can download from the web. Print 2 copies, which will be stamped in the payment centers located on the following headquarters of University of Chile. In the same place, you can make your payment: LAS ENCINAS. Address: Las Encinas 3370, Macul ALFONSO LETELIER LLONA. Address: Compañía 1264, 2nd floor, Santiago Downtown. Send a copy of your registration with the date of payment to the e-mail inscripcionescongreso.at@gmail.com or fax it to (56-2) 978 7514. NOTE: Your registration will not be complete without sending the form stamped in the payment centers! If you are a student, present your student card when you are paying.

NOTE: Your registration will not be complete without sending the form stamped in the payment centers! If you are a student, present your student card when you are paying.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT FROM ABROAD:

1	Payment with Dollar Check:
Make a Dollar Check issued to "Facultad de Artes Universidad de Chile". The Check has to be sent by Certified Mail issued to the Postgraduate School Director: Ms. Rebeca León. Address: Las Encinas 3370 Macul Santiago CHILE Fill in the registration form you can download from the web site and send a copy together with the Dollar Check. Note: It is indispensable to send the registration form with the Dollar Check, completed and printed. The registration won’t be valid if this is not completed.
2	Payment via Bank Transfer
The Bank Transfer payment should include the following information: Details of the recipient: Name: Universidad de Chile (Arts) Identity document: 60.910.000-1 Address: Ahumada 251, Santiago-Chile Bank account: 5000-77486-08 Phone: (56-2)653-1111 Details of the recipient Bank: Name: Banco de Chile City: Santiago Country: Chile Swift code: bchiclrm aba:026005652 Fill in the registration form you can download from the web site and send both, the registration form and the bank transfer copy by e-mail to inscripcionescongreso.at@gmail.com or fax it to (56-2) 978 7514. Note: The registration won’t be valid if the registration form and transfer details are not sent by e-mail or fax.
3	Payment with Credit Card

For registration of groups of 10 people, only 9 pay. The registration forms of the 10 must be sent together, according to the procedures described above.
