Dr. Andrea Gilroy

Doctor in art psychotherapy, Goldsmith College, University of London and coordinator of the Master program in art psychotherapy in the same university, in which she have been involved for more than twenty years. Guest professor in University of Sydney, Australia. She has been recognized for her research on the assessment and impact of art therapy in various groups and therapeutic contexts.

Dr. Margaret Hills

Doctor in art psychotherapy, Goldsmith College, London University. Academic coordinator in the Master program at Queen Margaret School, University of Edinburgh. External examiner at Master in art psychotherapy in University of London, University of Hertfordshire and Leeds Metropolitan University. Guest professor in University of Barcelona, Spain, University Javeriana, Colombia, and University of Chile.

Dr. Jean Pierre Klein

Child and adolescent psychiatrist, professor and researcher at University of Paris. Director and founder of the National Institute of Expression, Creation, Art and Therapy (INECAT), Paris and Barcelona. Director and member of the editorial committee of Art et Thérapie, Perspectives Psy. Author and collaborator in diverse publications and books about childhood psychiatry and art therapy, e.g., "Arteterapia y la creación como proceso de transformación" ("Art Therapy and creativity as a transformation process") (Ed. Dr. Selma Ciornai

Doctor in Clinical Psychology, Saybrook Instiute, CA, USA.  Master in Art Therapy, University of California.  Certified art therapist by the American Art Therapy Association and Gestalt therapist for more than 20 years. Founder and academic coordinator of the Art Therapy specialization program at the Instituto Sedes Sapientiae, São Paulo, Brazil. Co-founder of the Gestalt Institute of São Paulo. Editor and coordinator of the  series "Percursos en Arte Terapia", Summus Editorial. Pioneer on the Gestalt art therapy approach in Brazil. Part of the directors committee of the São Paulo Art Therapy Association and the Brazilian union of Art Therapy Associations.

Dr. Héctor Fiorini

Psychiatrist and psychoanalist. Associate professor at the Psychology Department, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he lectures the course "Clinical psychology and psychotherapies". Director of the Center for studies in psychotherapy, Institution for asistance and postgraduate training. Adjunct professor at the University of Belgrano, Argentina. Lectures the course Psychotherapeutic methods and techniques. Guest professor at the Complutense University, Madrid, Spain, Catholic University of Porto Alegre, Brazil, Institute of Psychoanalysis of New York, USA, University of Salamanca, Psychology department, Spain.

Dr. Lynn Kapitan

Doctor in Art Therapy and Leadership at The Union Institute and University. Master of Creative Arts Therapy at Pratt Institute. Professor, founder and former director of the Master of Science in Art Therapy program at Mount Mary College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Chair of the Arts & Design division at the same university. Former president of the American Art Therapy Association (AATA) and current Editor of "Art Therapy: Journal of the American Art Therapy Association". Art Therapy Consultant at CANTERA de Nicaragua (Center for community education in Nicaragua). She has been recognized in the area of community art therapy in Nicaragua and Peru. Is author of diverse articles and book "Re-Enchanting Art Therapy: Transformational Practices for Restoring Creative Vitality" (2003).

Prof. Mimí Marinovic

Professor of Psychology of the Arts (Psychology Easthetics), University de Chile, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Pioneer in creative arts therapies: visual arts, psychodrama, music and dance in the first Psychiatry service at a General Hospital and community work. Scientific research with FONDECYT grants. Graduate and undergraduate professor in Arts, Philosophy and Medical Schools. Member of the American Art Therapy Association (AATA) since 1982 and Vice-President of the Société Internationale de Psychopathologie de l’Expression et d’Art Thérapie. She contributed to the creation of the International Networking Group of Art Therapists. In 1999 created the postgraduate art therapy program at Universidad de Chile with specializations in Music Therapy and Art Therapy. Author of books, book chapters and articles on her specialty.

Dr. Luis Weinstein

Chilean, borned in 1931, medical doctor, specialized in psychiatry, public health and medical anthropology. Community educator, essayist, and poet.
In his workshops and essay books, he proposes the integration the spiritual and social, based on an holistic vision of health. This includes the existential amazement and the poetic dimension of life.
Currently, he cooperates with diverse universities, networks and non profit organizations. Coordinates the Center Las Coincidencias in Isla Negra and the training program at the Centro de Estudios de la Calidad de Vida, del Antiguo Hospital San José de Santiago (Study center on quality of life, San Jose Hospital).
Among his recent books, you can find "Hacia el Homo Sapiens y Palabras Amigas".
He was recognized in 2005 by the World Federation of Medical Doctors as  a distinguished and one of the 5 Latin American physicians to better reflect the convergence of ethics, care and science.
